By using ODUBA's services or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ODUBA is a brand operated by Product Reach Pvt Ltd.

2. Coaching Programs

ODUBA provides coaching programs for endurance running, and participants are expected to follow the training schedules and guidelines provided.

- Medical Clearance: By participating in ODUBA's coaching program, you confirm that you have obtained necessary medical clearances to engage in such physical activities. You acknowledge that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the program.

Risk Disclaimer:

ODUBA, its coaches, management, staff, and partners disclaim any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the coaching program, despite taking maximum precautions and providing guidance. Participants acknowledge that they participate at their own risk.

3. Product Sales

ODUBA sells apparel, accessories, and nutrition packages for runners.

Products are sold as described on the website, and ODUBA strives to ensure that product descriptions are accurate.

However, ODUBA is not liable for any errors or discrepancies in product descriptions.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payments for products and coaching programs are processed through Razorpay.

Once a sale is made, products will be dispatched immediately and delivered as soon as possible.

Payment terms are subject to Razorpay's payment gateway terms and conditions.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a product, you can request an exchange or refund within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

To initiate an exchange or refund, please send a written complaint by email to darshan@oduba.run.

Exchanges or refunds will be processed within 5 working days, after necessary verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

ODUBA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services or products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
